Well it's weigh in day today, and i'm very happy to say that I blitzed my goal for the month! I did aim for a 5 kilo loss, which would have me at 108.5, and today.. 107.5! 6 kilos this month. Awesome. So here are my results to-date:
Weight
Original - 150kg / July - 113.5 / Now - 107.5 = a loss of 42.5 kgs!
Waist
Original - 157cm / July - 117 / Now - 111.5 = a loss of = 45.5 cm!
Chest
Original - 136cm / July - 111 / Now - 110 = a loss of 26 cm
Leg
Original - 81cm / July - 67 / Now - 66 = a loss of 14 cm
Bodyfat
Original - 45.5% / July - 33.5% / Now - 31.4% = a loss of 14.1%
Muscle mass
Original - 20.1% / July - 27.2% / Now - 28.5% = a gain of 8.4%
I'm very happy with my weight loss this month, and now i'm very close to the 100kg mark! Wow! Minimal loss from my chest & leg this month - but I have been doing quite a few chest exercises, so there's a chance that may even increase!! Here's hoping anyway! And I think it was just a slow leg loss month.
So that's my results, and my aim for this month? I'm going to aim for a 7 kilo loss - it will be a tough goal to reach, but i'm banking on health Japanese lifestyle, and all the activity I will be doing whilst there will help with my loss this month. And that will have me at.. 100.5 - whoh! So close to double digits!!
