Whimper

Well day 1 started with a whimper not a bang. After my cold & rainy walk into the city I visited the dr where I was diagnosed with a severe throat infection. I went to work after but packed it in a few hours later & went home to sleep.

Set backs happen but I still have my resolve to do it. Just gotta get better first! Rest day tomorrow then hopefully Wednesday I'll start slow again :)
